This is not right.

If there has been some mistake, please correct it, and let us know.

If he has really been banned, please tell us the reason.

I get the impression that Hveragerthi has been the victim of attacks and harassment. You can't solve a problem by blaming the victim. You need to stop the attacks and harassment. If anyone should be banned, it should be those attacking and harassing others.

If the decent people are banned, and those attacking and harassing others are left to rule, curezone will finish up in the gutter.
