You have missed the point of Jesus' teachings- literally you have "sinned" or "missed the mark"/"missed the point".

Of course Jesus is God. So am I, and so are you- this is a simple truth of life and reality that humanity has fallen out of awareness from. We are all God just as every cell of your body is "you". There is individuation within the Oneness of Life, but ultimately it is one supreme being in existence.

Jesus was in a state of consciousness where he was aware that he, as well as every man, woman, child, creature, rock, sentient and inanimate object was God. Buddha also attained this state of consciousness and it could rightly be termed the Kingdom of Heaven (which is within). Compared to the state of separation we live within, conscious recognition of the Oneness of life is Heaven. I do not permanently live in this state of consciousness, but I have had experiences of it and the Truth truly does "set you free" when you realize there is nothing outside or separate from you.

The illusion of evil disappears as you realize that evil is simply parts of God or Oneness that have forgotten the truth of life. They are unconscious and "do not know". This is what Jesus was referring to when he stated "Forgive them Father for they do not know".

The gnostics were the original Christians and the word "gnosis" literally translates as "experiential knowledge". Really- this is the only true knowledge. You cannot claim that what is written in a book is definitive "truth" or "knowledge". You have to have personal experience- and this is what Jesus was teaching:

"Know the truth and the truth will set you free"

In other words know the truth of the Oneness of life and that we are all God-through direct personal experience- and you will be free from the illusion and suffering of separation. This is exactly the same message Buddha taught as well as other awakened human beings.
