Hi Crisb1,

10,000 IUs! During the winter I was taking 2,000 - 4,000 IU and now, during the summer 1,000 IU and I thought that I'm overdoing.

Thank you for your advice and links. Usually, I spend an hour outside, walking my dog but it seems I may have D deficiency.
However, as I understand during the fast I should not take any vitamins or supplements. I'm not under any medication.

Please, let me know if there is any exception to that.
