Hi Kimber- Many thanks for your response. Fortunately I have been doing some detox on a gradual basis over the years. Colon cleanse, herbs, vegetable and fruit diet etc. So the MC had little toxic effect on my body. I had so much energy. I am going to do the OJ cleanse when I get back next week. Can't wait.
