I use half a teaspoon every nite before jumping into bed and going to sleep. I hold it in my mouth for as long as possible. I have gotten no colds. flu, upset stomach, no new tooth cavities for the last 20 years. I bet itS better than Imusil/Tetrasil. Im no doctor but its far and away cheaper than Imusil/Tetrasil. So, you know yer gonna die from AIDS/HIV and too poor to afford the evil drug company stuff and got a newly sterilized hypodermic needle....Well, if you think yer not gonna die,in a few days, prolly drinking a teaspoon 4x per day may work. All Im saying is its cheap, non-toxic and perfect for preventing tooth decay, colds, flu, and sore throat. When I wake up with a sore throat, and know a cold is coming on, i lay on the bed with my head hanging over the edge and spray WaterOz Silverloid down my nose, 5 seperate times, a couple of minutes apart,, Ahh NAILS THE COLD BUGS
