Hi Anne,
I also suffer from Depression and was considering doing a water fast. I don't have to do anything for the next two weeks so I thought that would be a good time to fast.
The problem is thou, I just stoped taking my antidepressant medications and I am worried if Water Fasting would be too intense. I was wondring if I should try juice feasting first. Have you ever done that? I have also tried 5-HTP,GABA, SAMe, Niacin etc.. it only works sometimes.
