.. I spent sometime reading Shelton's volume from the link you provided. Than you! I feel it should be included in medical schools curriculum as good history and practical knowledge of how to attack the causality, in order to update/retro-date their current trend for Symptom-Label-Medication/Surgery-Persisting problem.

Very good advices in your message. Indeed, I've made time away of work/study/people this summer for about a month, soon, so ... the do-gooders/naysayers should be kept far enough. I probably will not totally avoid visits, as my friends promised, without asking them, they will keep an eye on me. Smiles. At least, I hope they will not be bringing any food. In fact, that is a good idea, I will buzz-them-in only if they were fed, do not speak about food, and haven't brought anything but water. Better even, if we can only talk on the phone. I have a set of long summer cloths so I can get in the sun without people staring at my tinniness.

Right now I am getting plenty of raw food. Although there are 9 days in June away from home, when it will be impossible to choose my food, which means "healthy" SAD food for 9 days with my colleagues. At least I am able to remedy some of it by adding soluble fiber and some activated charcoal if needed. Plus some probiotics before and after the trip, and some minerals like Magnesium, Iodine when I come back. And good fresh food and juices!!!

I really hope to bring my July fast far enough to get my joints back in better function. I have lots of knee, neck and lower back discomfort; plus a moderate Chronic Fatigue. I will signal if concerns arise, and I will measure and record BP and HR daily.
