Hmm. I wouldn't attempt a liver cleanse right now since you're probably low on nutrients and that cleanse takes a lot out of you. But for the future health of your liver once you're past this phase, I would seriously check out Andreas Moritz 's book The Amazing Liver Cleanse. Study his writings (and his archived forum here called Ask Andreas) He knows a lot and it's helped many people. Check out the Liver Flush Forum here too. Lots of info there.
