Yeah , I can eat avocados , funnily enough I've just come back from the shop with some. :D
Never really ate them a lot before but read it was something to help with weight gain and it seemed ok on the candida diet. I'll have to think of a few ways to eat it from now on.

Cutting out carbs ( and Sugar ) for a while is my biggest worry still since my liver enzymes are high and my doctor has advised me not too, anti fungals apparently aren't good for the liver either. It seems I'm in a catch 22.
