The vitamin D that I use (still do - but at a lower level) is D3.  I know all those things that you point out about D.

Not true at all.  I remember when it was reported about a year ago that the longest living American in San Francisco who at age 111 was eating ice cream as well as syrup and pancakes every day.   George Burns smoked 7 or 8 cigars every day, didn't exercise and had two double martinis each day until the time of his early death - at age 100.

You are an eternal spirit residing in a body.  Physical disease is the result of not being aligned with yourself a spirit.  That's why many spiritual healers can heal what physicians can't and John of God is an excellent example of that.
