That make very much sense to me. I'm planning to start tomorrow morning. I understand the first few days will be worse and after that things may get better.

Otherwise, I don't know what else is left. Antidepressants made me noxious, supplements worked for a week, so this is giving me a glimpse of hope.

I will keep you posted.
