Thanks everybody , I don't think I've had any silver fillings.
What's currently worrying me is that my family keep saying if I don't eat more I'm going to end up with ketosis and my doctor has said I shouldn't have a low carb diet because this will put more of a strain on my liver. He straight up doesn't believe candida is a problem. I do obviously.

So my question is should I avoid carbs altogether to fight my candida and should that be ok my liver ?.
