• NAC 600 mg 2x per day
• Serrapeptase 1x per day
• Vitamin D3 (enuf to get to optimum level of 65-80 ng/mL)
• Gluten free and organic, grass-fed, pastured meats, diet

She is still using spiriva 1x per day and advair on a occaision, but these are practically impossible to get off of due to their addictive qualities.

Currently, I have her on iodine with companion nutrients will see if she can ween off of the spiriva.

There is a strong correlation of asthma with hypothydroid.

She could probably get off of the advair, but the spiriva will be the hardest.
