I have adrenal fatigue from which I am recovering. I had started taking some liver cleanse herbs that flushed some stones out. My back started hurting and I could not figure out what it was till I did some research and it sounded like kidney stones. I did not know what kind of stones they were. I started using a castor oil pack on my back and added ginger for an extra potent pack. I would sit with it on the heating pad for about 3 hours a day. It took about 3-4 days of doing this. About an hour after each session the pain would move down a little until by the 4th day it was gone. I have used castor oil packs three times now for stones and it works everytime. The last time it only took 4 hours for the pain in my hip to go away. It had been nagging at me for two weeks starting an hour after I ate something.
