hey everyone,,
its been a long time since i last logged in here...
im doing good now..im stopped from going to school and i think its better coz im not that depressed..
ive been eating vegetables and fruits for a weeks now but not that constant(its hard lol) and in the morning, i go outside to bike and to get more sunlight and i think its better coz i dont get easily mad,,and i dont get depressed..

so thats all,,
hope that everyone is ok here..
just always pray to god and dont lose hope..=)
