oh yea, shoulda read this first. you are cleaning up and releasing mercury. better get them out or go back to storing mode, which means over eating. your choice is clear. it is the mercury! and it will cause major nerve damage as you release it. it also changes in the system and becomes methylated, which is the most dangerous. this is why mh says to remove your fillings first. it is at the top of the list for a reason.
