I have noticed something happening recently.

I have been on 250mg of Lugols for a month or so now, after building up over 10 months.

I have tried taking it all at once, and now am experimenting with spread doseage.

I take half first thing on rising and half roughly half an hour before bed.

Since taking the spread dose I have started to have some pretty vivid dreams. You know the dreams that are so complex, that you feel knackered when you wake up in the morning?

Last night in particular I had about 3-4 different strange and complex dreams.

A side of iodine? Just me?
