I suffered for about 3 years with similar symptoms. I couldn't eat any raw fruits or vegetables, they made an immediate reappearance. Extra miserable when you are at soccer fields and the only bathrooms are portapotties - ick!

The only solution I found was mortifying and disgusting but worked *immediately*. Human Probiotic Infusion . AKA fecal transplant. I won't go into details, but you can look it up if you are not easily grossed out and seriously need to get your bowel flora back in balance.
