Wonderful information. Please republish this often. The Vitamin A information has been out there but it's hard to get people to believe it. I have failed everytime I tried to save somebody from a hyst. Women need to hear it repeated may times.

The number of women who have had hystectomies because "they don't need their uterus anymore" is staggering. Also, the number of women who have had their ovaries removed because they had ovarian cysts is staggering. Ovaries produce thyroid hoemones but they don't know that. Then there are those who are talked into having their their thyroids removed...

There's also concern that people supplementing high Vitamin D may increase vitamin A needs. Any thoughts?
