Hi braindamage.

From the Netherlands, you can contact any Fasting Centre or Hygienic professional you wish as long as you have one common language between you. You seem to be very good with English so I suspect that will not be a problem. If they choose not to work with you due to the distance, that is up to them but I suspect most will be happy to assist.

Rice and potatos are not ideal foods but can be part of a healthy Diet if consumed within the guidelines of food combining. Fruits, nuts, seeds and avocados are definitely part of a healthy Diet but, as much as possible, they should be organic and eaten raw as part of properly combined meals.

As I suspect you already know, your Psoriasis is probably a symptom of an underlying chronic illness and serves the purpose of eliminating toxins from the body. There are many lifestyle factors that may be keeping you toxic despite all your attempts to resolve this problem and you should review them to ensure that ALL of your health needs are being met. Score yourself on the areas of pure air, pure water, healthy diet, adequate exercise, rest, sleep and relaxation, mental equilibrium, nurturing relationships, meaningful work and any other areas which should be bringing you happiness and fulfillment instead of stress and pain.

As diet plays such a major role in the chemical and nutritional balance of the body, are you eating 80-90% raw foods? Are you eating sufficient food to at least meet your daily needs? If eating cooked foods, are these limited to minimally-cooked vegetables that are free of toxic substances. Are you avoiding all bottled oils? Are you only drinking water and then only well before or after a meal? Are you avoiding all animal products whether cooked or raw?

The fact that fruit makes your Psoriasis worse tells me that it is helping you detox but I fully understand that the physical symptoms may be too much to bear. Have you tried eating fruit as mono-meals? Have you experimented to see which fruits you can eat and which cause to great a reaction? I'm pushing this line of questioning because I know how hard it is to get sufficient calories from vegetables and even nuts, seeds and avocados. Vegetables are great for vitamins and minerals but contain so few calories. Nuts, seeds and avocados have loads of calories but eating more than a small amount is too burdensome on the digestion. Fruit is essential for achieving our calorie requirement and it's the perfect food for us as long as we're healthy enough to eat it and can afford it.

I don't know what your best plan of attack is but I suspect you have the choice of doing the longest fast your body will allow (which is probably longer than you expect) or consuming a fruit-based healthy Diet possibly offset by including lettuce with every fruit meal and just powering through the Psoriasis symptoms. These options and more are for you to consider and perhaps discuss with a Hygienic professional. I can forward contact details for several that I know will be willing to consult with you.

Regards,
NH...
