Thanks both of you.

Too bad I live in the Netherlands, so can't contact them.

I am following every rule Shelton describes. I even went on a plant based diet for months and did fasting between. It seems that when I consume 1 or 2 meals a day my Psoriasis is still the same. Also Rice and potato's flares my psorias, but doesn't make it worse, but it also doesn't go away.

It seems that plantbased foods with absolutley no sugars from fruits and "calories" in vegetables keep my skin settled.


When Shelton mentioned plant=based did he mean you can eat potatos and rice?

p.s i have read the concept of weight gaining. I know it's about assimilation etc.
