Your Symptoms: 1 GI problems (unusual for me),
2 extreme hip, back and joint pain,
3 nausea at random times,
4 headaches, dizziness,
5 memory/concentration issues,
6 random spells of depression and anxiety,
7 difficulty functioning even with sleep,
8 easily tired muscles/weakness where I cannot hold even small amounts of weight, yellowed feet and hands, etc.
1 Of these you mentioned, I have the ones in red but not the ones in blue ink
I have silent reflux (never have heartburn so was shocked when they said it was severe reflux and they claim that is what is causing the lump in throat sensation)
2 I do have also extreme hip, back and joint pain which I never connected with this but figured it was from all my car wrecks (25) I was diagnosed via MRI with 4 herniated discs, severe spinal stenosis, several bone spurs (arthritis), and got parasthesia from severe nerve pinching which I feel in lower leg an foot but I have a lot of hip pain..the insurance keeps turning down MRI on it.
3 nausea no
4 headaches and dizziness no
5 memory/concentration problems -yes severe
6 depression and anxiety -yes severe and long term
7 difficulty functioning even with sleep-Yes -also have 3 sleep disorders and I noticed the only time I really good normal is when I sleep 14 hours which is almost never. It is like since I am rarely reaching REM or stage 3-4 sleep I have to sleep twice as long as most people to get even slight effect from my sleep
8 8 easily tired muscles/weakness where I cannot hold even small amounts of weight--I would say for me yes
9 yellowed feet and hands, etc. no
in addition I have these symptoms of it
1 fatigue[ extremely severe
2 high blood pressure 3 glandular disorders (thyroid -multi nodular goiter and pancreas (diabetes)
from his list I have ones in red
bullet Loss of energy. Don't feel like doing much. Tired all the time. Chronic fatigue.

bullet Bones hurt; typically it's bones in the legs and arms but can be most bones.
bullet Don't sleep like you used to. Wake up in middle of night. Trouble getting to sleep.
bullet Tired during the day and frequently feel like you want a nap (but naps don't help).
bullet Spouse claims you are more irritable and harder to get along with (cranky, bitchy).

colon polyps
not only insufficient but deficient vitamin D (I believe it started at 4)..might be up to 16 now months of vitamin D supplements
abdominal discomfort not all the time but had to go to ER twice due to this
increased risk of breast cancer (had it twice)
I am not sure but thought it might be of help to see that I do have some of your symptom and what I have
but he says no two people are alike in symptoms.
your PTH is normal mine was maybe 117 and 121 or maybe it was 113 and 117 I forget it is somewhere
PTH: 35
Ionized calcium: 5.6 gosh I forget mine but it was higher maybe 9 or 10 something
Serum calcium: 10.9 mine was around this number
I was in the high to diagnose category.
Although your PTH is normal the calcium is too high
he does say this
If the blood calcium level is too HIGH, it should be associated with a LOW parathyroid hormone level--if the parathyroids are normal... (a normal parathyroid will shut down and go to sleep if the calcium level is high). | |
A blood calcium level that is too HIGH, and is associated with a HIGH parathyroid hormone level MUST be due to a tumor in the parathyroid gland. That is, the high blood calcium is a result of the excess parathyroid hormone (PTH). It is the parathyroid gland that is the problem. |
the first I think could decribe you though
therefore
A person with a high blood calcium that has a high parathyroid hormone level at the same time--must have a bad parathyroid gland. These are the EASY cases of hyperparathyroidism to diagnose. All doctors should be able to make the diagnosis of hyperparathyroidism if the calcium is high AND the PTH level is high at the same time. ok this does not apply to you as one above said
the 2nd could apply as above therefore
However... many people (about 20% of all patients with hyperparathyroidism) will have parathyroid disease when they have high calcium and NORMAL PTH levels... The point here is that the parathyroid gland is still the problem. This is a more complex situation, so we will discuss it at the end of this page. Let's keep it simple now... high calcium + high PTH = parathyroid tumor. If you really want to make it simple, if the blood calcium is high, then there is over 99% chance that a parathyroid gland has grown into a tumor.
hmm I was trying to figure it out but became exhausted mentally and just cant do any further I am sorry but I will send what I have
be sure to thoroughly go over this page
http://www.parathyroid.com/diagnosis.htm
and here
http://www.parathyroid.com/hyperparathyroidism-diagnosis.htm
I haven't had pain with that area..I would research if parathyroid tumor does cause such extreme pain. also the tumors can be located in diverse sections of neck
http://www.parathyroid.com/finding-parathyroid.htm
I did have my lump exactly where the thyroid and parathyroid is usually located so this may indicate something??
It is a tricky thing to know what to do cause few doctors are experts they depend on the scan or they misread things and so one feels on their own..I have no way I could ever go to the man in Florida even knowing this could dramatically change my life if all these serious things so affecting me went away.
I am sure I have it but no doctor will agree, One unfortunate lady on here even found the tumor on a sestemibi scan and the doctor refused to remove it.
I wish I could be of more help..when I heard of this and researched it it was like thank god I finally know whats wrong but the doctors all seem stupid or uncaring and I feel I will never get help..that is why I started looking up how to naturally remove.
People like Schulz ehave removed cancers that left the body both internally andf externally so maybe this also can be removed the way of natural healing like maybe the incurables program, raw diet etc
Maybe some of us on here could all try that protocol together and support one another and see if any of our symptoms improve or not.
Sorry I cannot be of more help..I know how desperate it feels and it is a hard thing...when you feel you know more than the doctor.
