Lalobear- Thanks for sharing your results. My ratio's were quite off too when I started. It looks scary but the diet and supplements should turn you around. Things will slowly improve over time. I'm sure it is good to confirm how you have been feeling with these results. Helps to confirm what we have been feeling all along.

You are in the resistance stage which is better than the exhaustion stage like I was in when I started.

Do you mind sharing what supplements you have been suggested?
