Im so sick of stinking i feel like theirs nothing i can eat with out stinkng omg!! im so over this i was eating apple sause that was giving me gas and making me stink protien is out ,high sulfur foods is out, and high choline foods is out , along with wheat and oates ,dairy .


I went to see my Ent and he said my nose was fine and while he was talking to me he could not smell a thing he also said that the odor is coming out of my nose is not made from my nose its from inside my body . you want to hear something crazy i think my stomach is holding stinky gas inside of it when i ate apple sauce and it interd in my stomach i exhaled and a rush of fbo came out like i had passed gas .



I am willing to put inthe time and hard working doing these diets but it makes me crazy when they dont i have the fodmaps diet im going to look it over i am afraid of sulfur foods and protien , choline ,diry because in my mind they have made my life a living hell
