I have been reading through forums and have figured that i just took alot too soon? I took 20 drops at 2%?
I am assuming wat i may be experiencing is bromide detox?
The last 2 days have been very diffcult.. i have severe fatigue and suicidal thoughts.. I have diffculty concentrating etc... and my face just looks brutal:(


My melasma has not dissapeared..But it definately made a dramatic difference to it the past few weeks.. today it looks really dark.. not sure why? which is why i am really upset.. I know Iodine is the key..today i feel like it is dark again.. so sadly it has not gone away.. but it is better than it used to be...

I decided to use Iodine because it seems that there is a link between adrenal fatigue, hypothyrodism, leaky gut and candida...
Not saying Iodine is a cure all but it is a piece of the puzzle.. I have not been officially diagnosed with candida
I also wanted to try iodine because i have tried everything else for my melasma.. everything.. I want to also balance out my hormones..

and yes i am a nurse:)
