1) Nasal spray both non steriod & steriods (didnt work)

Try Colloidal Silver

2) Neti pot with neil meds rinse - been trying this for few weeks its not of much help

Amalgam fillings, and root canals can cause sinus problems. Especially if in the top of the mouth.
