First of all, lett me say that  NH.is.Scientific  offers excellent advice.in his post.  I am a big fan of natural hygiene, a la orthomolecular medicine and folks such as Andrew Saul.

A couple of items which might be beneficial in addition to his advice are the supplements Drenamin (from Standard Process for fatigued adrenals) and Chromium GTF (for blood sugar).
