I would like to hear from anyone who has successfully got back to normal bowel elimination and how exactly you did that. I'm dealing with the "too loose/liquid" variety and apologies if that's TMI. Happens every morning like clockwork. Driving me nuts.

From an Adrenal Fatigue standpoint, pre crash I was actually quite constipated. But since my digestion basically threw in the towel (can no longer eat grains or anything uncooked) now every morning for the last two months or so I've had a bout of diarrhea instead of a normal BM. I've lost like 20 lbs which on my frame is not good. Plus the energy drain, its exhasusting.

My diet is paleo/primal because I can't handle any high Sugar containing foods. Throws me into hypo-land.

My practitioner suggested I might be releasing metals, and thought colostrum and/or Zeolite might help. I took colostrum for a few weeks and it didn't make any difference. Nada. I took two different kinds of probiotics for months, also no difference in this pattern. Have not tried the Zeolite yet because after searching here on CZ I saw one woman say it actually made her diarrhetic. Also not sure about putting anything in me that is nano particle sized -- ain't that kinda scary sounding?

I cut back entirely on the GB3 as that is known to cause this issue sometimes. That hasn't made a whit of difference. Don't know if I've screwed up my gut with years of Antibiotics but surely at this point after several months of taking probiotics the little guys are back in the house?

Kinda at my wits end here people, would appreciate any advice.
Thank you.
