Thanks for your kind words and input.  No, I do not take CS every da- far from it.  I take it when I think that there is an issue I need to address (colds, sore throat, stomach bug, etc.) and apply it topically when needed.  Sometimes I do take it as a preventive when something nasty is going around.

It is wonderful to hear of your aunt's success.
