I think 12mg is just too low when we are badly deficient in iodine.

It probably just aggrevates parasites, instead of killing them or forcing them out of the body.

Also, it maybe moving some heavy metals around helping viruses react.

According to Dr. Michael B. Schachter, it takes at least 50mg to see real improvements within a shorter time.

He says it would take a year to become saturated on 12.5mg.

However, for those willing to wait the long hall due to detox reactions, it is worth while to endure.
