Thanks so much for that. I will tey that out. Does the yogurt milk have to be refigerated? I have ACV, but am afraid to put it in an enema... and congrats to you for getting rid of your worms.
Today I am feeling much more optimistic. I have had 2 continuous nights of 7hr. staight sleep in a row. I still get the early morning hunger cortisol spikes, I know my body is still in starvation mode, but that I know I can conquer. I dont wake up to pee every 2 hrs, in fact my urinary frequency has lessened dramatically overall. I tried the 3000 mg coq10 the night before last and woke up with die-off, not full blown sick, but hocking a lot of stuff up. This may be TMI but when I went to the bathroom, the smell was pretty horrific. I have been doing coffee enemas and it was never as bad as this. I am hoping it because stuff was dying. I know it didnt kill everything so i'm going to do 400mg maintenance doses and try it again next week. I continue with the coconut, and garlic. I know I have a long way to go but this is a start.
