mean time i am also taking

1) Apple cider vinegar
2) Castor oil
3) Pau Darco tea
4) Echinacea goldenseal root
5) Walnut tinchure
6) Garlic oil extract
7) lemon juice in water with pepper.

I have booked an appointment with ENT am not sure when that is, hopefully will get that soon,

I have been using peroxide in the ear not too often but will try that from now on every day as see how it goes,

i have stopped smoking my energy levels are increasing by the day..

hi can you please tell me what Capril Capsules stand for, i might get them tomorrow
