I took it for 10 days. 2 pills in morning and 2 pills in the evening. You will have a lot left over if you have a flare up. The cost is less than 10 bucks and this has done more for my stomach than anything else I have tried. I have had Candida, parasites, SIBO like symptoms. Please try this!
