Did you use them for 3 days every weekend?

Anyway, how did you know you suddenly felt better - I mean, was it really that sudden and major of an improvement, or just like looking back and realizing "I feel a lot better than I did before"?

Because, truth be told, while I'm not going to stop chelating, I'm getting discouraged myself. Sure my recurrent cellulitis stopped (after I got my Amalgams removed; the itching that signalled a pending infection temporarily worsened, then stopped altogether and never returned), but I'll be much happier when my candida is gone and I can eat Sugar again without having to take Candex afterwards. And when my mood lifts up again.
