200 and 500 mg per kg of body weight per day?  That works out to a daily intake of 13,600 mg to 34,000 mg per day

Good grief!

The maximum amount I have generally seen advised here is around 100 mg per day, so we are talking about anywhere from 136 to 340 times the recommended amount.

Try taking 136 to 340 times the maximum recommended amount of aspirin.  Or for that matter, water.  Both would assuredly be fatal.
