Hi Wombat,

I don't have any particular illness or diseases that I am aware of but I know my thyroid is not right.

However, I am taking iodine because I KNOW it works to detox the body from our over burdened halides and I can't tell others how safe it is unless I've done it myself.

I would just like to know if there is any protocol for the high doses that would keep it safer?

For ex, how much selenium, C and salt pushes should be done when taking 100mg or more per day.
