ANTI-FUNGAL FIBER SNACK

o coconut oil (1 heaping tbsp)

o organic popcorn (1 scoop)

o garlic oil (2-3 drops)

o turmeric powder (1 tsp)

o fresh ground Sea Salt

Place the coconut oil into a self-stirring pot on high. Wait until the oil is melted and hot. Add the popcorn, garlic oil, and turmeric. Cover until popped. Season to taste with Sea Salt .
