#144453 I know exactly what your saying. We have probably been on those various bad breath forums together. I think I've come to the same conclusions as you. It seems nothing works. Nothing at all. Or if it does its for no more than 3 days.
I however, do have quite a bit of stomach discomfort: pain in my lower abdomen often and a lot of pain in my side. My doctors are running more lab tests in a couple weeks but I'm not hopefull about it. Been down this road before.
But ts a very painful life in general. I understand your need to vent. I jump from job to job when it starts to get so unbearable with taunts and other harassing things people do. Do you work at all? I know there was a post on one board about people who've been able to work from home.
Recently I tried the gluten-free diet and ate mostly vegetables (cooked and raw). When really hungry I would add maybe brown rice, and occasionally a piece of grilled salmon.
I did this for several weeks and even this didn't help the smell. I was hungry often. If I added fruits, given that some fruits have natural sugars I assume this didn't help either. Every now and then I do have a banana if I want something sweet.
What are you trying now?
