I have some beets in my fridge. I generally juice half a beet with an apple and some carrots. Rejuvenates the liver and lowers blood pressure.

I have an Omega Vert also. It is a good all round juicer. But you have to know what you are doing or it will clog up. Also more pulp than normal (you have to strain the juice more).
