Thank you so much for the recipe. I would really love to try it, but I am stuck in a hotel at the moment. Fortunately brazilian ginger and thyme tea are helping with the cough, madagascar cloves seems to be helping with the sore throat. I tried the other kind of ginger, that big fat pretty ginger, but it didn't work nearly as good as the brazilian kind.
