To tell you the truth I don't know what benefits I'm looking for. Maybe to help relieve the symptoms I've been having assuming its an overload of toxins in my body. Since medical doctors couldn't find a single thing wrong with me I turned to natural healing forums like this and earthclinic. I thought my diet had nothing to do with what I was going through but I'm drastically making a change to that. It's been farely short, maybe less than a week of juicing...but I've haven't seen any change yet.

I've also started taking triphala for 2-3 days so far also no change :(

Am I expecting results too quickly? It's hard when you're not feeling well....
