Between your nausea and skin rash, it appears that you have some unfinished business that your body really wants to sort out. Hopefully you'll be able to weather it well enough to see it finished.

I suffered terribly from open wounds on my fingers and knuckles prior to my last fast and at the beginning of the fast but then they went away. I only started getting them again after several weeks of unhealthy eating. I'm convinced now that the state of my hands is a reflection of the state of my digestive tract so if I want healthy hands, I have to maintain a healthy Diet as well. Seems a fair deal as it's win, win, win!

I'm looking forward to your next update and hoping that things are going well for you.
