Thank you for responding , how to do salt load ? Is it a flush , coz I cannot tolerate any type of cleansing, fasting or such type of things.

Also which is the best form of B vits and how to take it ?I currently take my b12 with meals.But I do not take any other b vits .

I am gonna start Iodine , but I am afraid of detox, die off etc as I cannot handle it right now , how slowly do people go on the Iodine supplementation?
