I do a great deal of research on pubmed and I find that most of what Hv posts agrees with the data.

At times I disagree with Hv but we keep our debates civil and exchange information,studies,etc.

For example I have posted on his forum my support for a low fat vegan diet and the new dietary movement "Forks Over Knives" and the work of Dr T Colin Campbell in "The China Study".He disagrees and advocates a more balanced diet and I say the China study shows the diet is balanced.But the point is we have a civil debate about the subject with tons of data and studies to back up each position.No name calling just an exchange of science.
