"Canned soup is a favorite of mine, I dump in a couple handfuls of chicken hearts, a little azafran, boil it a little and throw in more fresh vegetables of my choice. A quick, healthy meal, more or less depending on what I put in it. I'm going to try deli roast beef inside a can of progresso onion soup and throw in some sliced potatoes. Am I making you hungry yet ? lol But seriously, soup is a great way to "salt push", in my opinion."
