I thought earlier that the salt push didn't do anything, but it did. I don't want to scare anyone reading this, because I seriously hate reading negative posts here. But the salt water seriously dehydrated the hell out of me later on and gave me the most unclear spacey feeling I've ever had. I had to go home from work early because of it. When I tried to sleep I had the most vivid fast past reckless dreams I've ever had that made me feel so full of excitement, joy, and fear at the same time. I seriously didn't know if I was going to be normal again. It did subside though after I drank about a jug of normal water today though.

Looking on the positive side of it, it did help remove the suicidal hopeless dark thoughts I was originally having since I took the iodine. It also brought my seriously terrible stream of urine back to my normal weak stream of urine. So I do think it is bromide now and not just a genetic trait.

I just am extremely scared to try messing with the toxins in my body again. I was afraid my parents were going to put me in a mental hospital last night.

For whoever is reading this lurking please don't let my experience dismay you, the salt push works. I may have been doing it wrong.

I just need to take a bit of a break for a while. Thanks for the help
