Hi,

I have done a 5 day Water Fast before and ready for 13 days on a water fast. This Water Fast will include some herbal tea (non-caffeinated) and preferably distilled water when available. I found a lot of informative information (redundant eh?) on this forum and find this forum very helpful. I am not too sure about the urine fast thing because it sounds quite strange, then again so does regular fasting (juice or water) sound strange to a lot of people. Encouragement is quite appreciated.
