I keep stumbling across newspaper stories about people dying from Water Fasts of only 21 days.

Sure, they could have had underlying health conditions but it is still scary.

Who here has finished a long (21+ days) fast and lived to tell the tale (obviously)?

For info I am 210 lbs at 5'6 so I am not exactly going to waste away into nothingness.

I am only planning a 10 day fast anyway, it's the longest I can get away with it (family), but I'd like to juice for two weeks after that. :)
