I cant help you with the test or chelation; as others at the forum are much better at it.

But; your story is similar to what I had; systemic candida for 20 years, hypo T and adrenal fatigue.
You may look into borax for your candida; I got rid of mine with it.

Your craving for salt is probably your adrenals needing it; I also have this craving.
I would add 3-4 grams of vit c, divided into 3-4 dosages, this will help the adrenals. I also take a few herbs designed to support them.
magnesium is also great help for the adrenals and sleep.
so are Iodine and companions.
