I tried to get dose of Vit D by laying out in the sun 20 minutes on Tuesday. I did not make it. Ten minutes and I was done. Two hours later I felt like I was getting the flu. My joints have been aching ever since, and now I have a sore throat. My skin feels like I have a sunburn and I didn't lay out long enough to get any color.
